IWC Portuguese Annual Calendar

The IWC Portugieser Annual Calendar collection consists of three models that go back to the classics of the Portugieser series. The original and original model of the Portugieser dates back to the 1930s and has been one of the most popular series from the IWC manufacturer ever since. When designing this new collection, the designers at IWC relied on the classic features that have thrilled generations. The use of robust stainless steel and shiny 18 carat red gold as well as the classic structure of the dial make the watches appear traditional and at the same time timelessly modern.

Traditionally packaged annual calendar

The IWC Portugieser Annual Calendar not only displays precise hours, minutes and seconds, but also offers a comprehensive calendar function. At the twelve o'clock position there is a display showing the month, date and day of the week. The sophisticated switching mechanism of the high-quality caliber reliably takes into account the different lengths of the individual months. The crown only needs to be corrected once a year, at the end of February. Thanks to the sapphire crystal, whose edges are curved, the entire case, which is made of either red gold or stainless steel and is water-resistant to three bar, appears slim and harmonious.

A high-quality clockwork in classic shapes

The IWC Portugieser Annual Calendar is particularly comfortable to wear. Thanks to the curved lugs and the elegant and supple alligator leather strap, the watch appears light and comfortable. The watch is also suitable for slim wrists. The caseback made of scratch-resistant sapphire crystal provides a view of the heart of the Portugieser Annual Calendar. The in-house caliber from IWC has 36 jewels and impresses with a power reserve of a whole week. The automatic movement reliably drives the time and date display for decades to come, because this high-quality watch is built to last for several generations.
