In addition to the brand and model, the reference of the watch is of course very important. The country of origin of the papers and the guarantee date also play an important role. We also need the case material and the bracelet material as information. Pictures of your watch help us to better assess its condition in advance.

If you decide to send it at your own risk, you will bear the costs for the package yourself. If we organize collection with a valuable courier, we will cover the costs for goods with a value of €3,000 or more. For orders under €3000, the seller bears the shipping costs himself.

We can take your watch on commission from us. Here you determine the price you would like for the watch. If the transaction is successful, we only retain 8% commission from the purchase price achieved. We can also trade in your used or unworn watch at any time.
27.) How does a commission sale work?
If you decide to sell on commission, let us know the price you would like to achieve for your watch. The watch will then be offered for sale in our shop and other relevant internet portals. If the watch is sold at the stated price, we only retain 8% commission from the purchase price. We are of course available to you at any time throughout the entire sales process and will discuss further strategies to stimulate the sale of the watch. 28.) Can I also cancel a commission sale?
If you are able to sell your watch yourself, we will of course send it back to you immediately via courier.

There are no additional costs to you, apart from the 8% commission for us if the purchase is successfully completed.
