OMEGA Seamaster Bullhead Co-Axial Chronograph
The OMEGA Seamaster Bullhead Co-Axial Chronograph is a coveted legend
With the OMEGA Seamaster Bullhead Co-Axial Chronograph, the traditional Swiss company is reviving a tradition. The striking case and the special design of the dial are impressive. This distinguishes it from the other watches from the Omega brand. The first model of the Seamaster Bullhead dates back to 1969. Today it is one of the best-known, most sought-after and rarest chronographs produced worldwide.
Striking details characterize the design
The special thing about the OMEGA Seamaster Bullhead Co-Axial Chronograph is the shield-shaped case. It is made of brushed and polished steel. Another characteristic of the watch is its internal, rotating bezel. The pushers for the chronograph functions were placed in rather unusual positions. They sit to the left and right of the crown for the elevator. The timepiece owes its name to this position. An additional crown sits at the six o'clock position. The rotating inner bezel is operated via this.
The watch manufacturer offers the OMEGA Seamaster Bullhead Co-Axial Chronograph in three versions. They are closely based on the design of the original model. They also impress with their characteristic, symmetrical case and typical bezel. The pushers of the watch are also located on the upper part of the case on the new models. The originally round shape was flattened.
Different variants
The classic model has a white dial. The white inner bezel can be rotated on both sides. It is optimally matched to the white dial and has a 24-hour scale. The sporty-chic model impresses with a black dial with a reversed "Clous de Paris" decoration. The inner bezel is also black and features a 12-hour scale. The “Rallye” model impresses with a silver-colored dial. Its black bezel is also on the inside and features a 60-minute scale.
All three variants of the OMEGA Seamaster Bullhead Co-Axial Chronograph are powered by the Co-Axial caliber 3113. The automatic chronograph caliber has a column wheel mechanism. The Co-Axial escapement on three levels gives the watch maximum precision.
