The three models in the OMEGA Speedmaster HB-SIA GMT Chronograph series are a homage to a very special scientific project: to fly around the world with an aircraft powered solely by solar energy. The Solar Impulse team attracted the attention of the world and made history with their circumnavigation. The prototype was once called HB-SIA. This registration number today stands for modern, environmentally friendly technology, innovation and pioneering spirit, which is why the designers at OMEGA chose this as the name for their new Speedmaster series.

A hint of orange
The new OMEGA Speedmaster HB-SIA GMT Chronograph is available in three exciting versions. The color orange plays a role in all three. The lettering on the tachymeter bezel and the second hand appear in bright orange and bring a special color accent into play. When it comes to the bracelet, you can choose between a black rubber strap, a particularly sturdy titanium version and the almost bold orange rubber strap. The sturdy titanium case holds it on the wrist and stands out in color with any outfit. Since both titanium and rubber are particularly light materials that are also robust and corrosion-resistant, the Speedmaster HB-SIA have a particularly long lifespan.
