Vacheron Constantin Historiques
Calibers that cause a sensation
Three different calibers beat in a Vacheron Constantin Historiques wristwatch. The manual caliber 4400 AS movement offers a power reserve of 65 hours. It is made from 127 components and has 21 jewels. With a power reserve of 40 hours, the caliber 2460 SSC is impressive. This high-quality movement is assembled from 182 parts and 27 jewels by watchmakers with experience and know-how. There is also the caliber 4400 QCL, which can be used as another manual movement in a Historique to display the month, date and day of the week. It consists of 253 components and 21 jewels and offers a power reserve of around 65 hours.
Diversity and modern design
A particularly striking model from the Vacheron Constantin Historiques collection is the round dial rotated by 45 degrees in a square case. The winding crown is located in the upper right corner, where the 12 is in this creative variant. They are available in red gold and platinum 950, two particularly elegant metal alloys. The round version with a moon phase display is also available in red gold and platinum but also in stainless steel and yellow gold. Subdials and rings with minutes and tachymeter indications illustrate the versatility of the displays and are at the same time a style element. The classic dial with Arabic numerals and without a subdial is also a popular variant of the Historique series. The bracelet generally uses different colored North American alligator leather.
