At 6.75 millimeters, the automatic movement is now 1.3 millimeters thinner than the original caliber. Its power reserve is still 72 hours. The mechanism with column wheel and double clutch was also retained.

The case of the Big Bang Unico Titanium Ceramic 42 is made of satin-finished and polished titanium. The bezel impresses with its satin-finished and polished ceramic. This innovative material demonstrates exceptional properties such as hardness and high scratch resistance. The dial in a matt anthracite is skeletonized and reveals the caliber.
