Completely renewed versions
The triangular hour marker, which is located at the 12 o'clock position, is striking. Like the rectangular hour marker at 6 o'clock, it helps with orientation. Thanks to a luminous disc, the hour hand stands out from the minute hand. The renewed face adorns all versions of the Rolex Yacht-Master II. These include the models made of 904L stainless steel as well as the Rolesor Everose and yellow and white gold variants.
The adjustable countdown of the Rolex Yacht-Master II was developed exclusively by Rolex. It impresses with its mechanical memory and can be synchronized using the flyback function. This makes it perfect for the starting phase of a regatta where precise timing is important. The operation is also convincingly simple. The programming is activated and locked again using the rotating ring command bezel. This is a new type of interface between the movement and the bezel.
Robust housing
The case of the Rolex Yacht-Master II is waterproof up to 10 bar. The concisely shaped middle section ensures exceptional robustness. It is made of stainless steel or 18 carat gold. Both metals are extremely resistant to corrosion.
