Hard tests

While other manufacturers of luxurious watches subject their timepieces to chronometer testing, the mechanics at the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master rely on fundamentally different premises. The watches receive their own test run of over a thousand hours in which they have to prove themselves. The resistance to fluctuations in temperature and air pressure, the accuracy, the resistance to vibrations and magnetic fields and water resistance are tested. And while a COSC test focuses on the movement, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master test focuses on the entire watch.
