Almost logically, the Breitling Navitimer was officially recommended as a pilot’s watch by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) in 1952.

The 43 mm version of the watch is available in stainless steel or 18 K red gold. A black dial with silver-colored totalizers is standard for both materials, but can be selected with hour index or Arabic numerals.
For the strap, you can choose between the Navitimer Pilot strap, the Air Racer strap, calf leather or crocodile leather.
