The Omega Aqua Terra is equipped with the Omega caliber 8916. The self-winding movement with Co-Axial escapement has a power reserve of approximately 60 hours. The caliber is certified by the METAS Institut Chronometer and is characterized by its insensitivity to magnetic fields of up to 15,000 Gauss. The Omega Aqua Terra small seconds has the small seconds and the date window at 6 o'clock. With a water resistance of 15 bar, the watch is waterproof, robust and hard-wearing. The timepiece has a curved, anti-reflective and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on both sides and the transparent case back provides a view of the Swiss-made caliber.

The watch is available in the following dial colors: silver-blue, blue-gray, silver and silver-beige. A special feature of the dials is the structure thanks to the horizontal “teak pattern”. The Aqua Terra is offered in stainless steel, stainless steel red gold and exclusively in red gold. Omega has been using the noble Sedna TM gold alloy since 2012. The properties of the red gold alloy include long-lasting shine, color fastness and stability.
