Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : EU, Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea (Republic of Korea), Kuwait, Macao, Mexico, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, United States of America .
Shipping (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad :
We calculate the shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross goods value):
Shipping costs for EU countries:
Shipping costs for goods valued up to €25,000.00 = €89.00
Shipping costs for goods valued over €25,000.00 = €180.00
Shipping costs to Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway:
Shipping costs for goods valued up to €5,000.00 = €189.00 net
The shipping costs for a goods value over €5,000.00 to €10,000.00 = €219.00 net
Shipping costs for goods valued over €10,000.00 = €350.00 net
Shipping costs for Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea (Republic of Korea), Kuwait, Macao, Mexico, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, United States of America:
Shipping costs for goods valued up to €25,000.00 = €289.00 net
Shipping costs for goods valued at over €25,000.00 = €289.00 net
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
