High recognition value
The watches from the Omega Constellation Globemaster model series delight customers with their high recognition value. The watch's dial is rounded off by a bezel with a fluted pattern called prongs. This is what creates the unique style of the Omega Constellation Globemaster, which will continue to make the timepiece unmistakable in the future. On watches with stainless steel cases, the fluted bezel is made of a particularly hard metal. Tungsten carbide is extremely resistant.
The dial is typical of the Omega Constellation Globemaster. This is a pie pan dial in which the center is slightly raised, similar to a cake pan. Omega already had the idea for this variant when the watch was first launched in 1952. The dials themselves appear in different colors. Versions of the Omega Constellation Globemaster in yellow gold, stainless steel or a combination of the two materials have a silver-colored, opalescent dial. A blue dial is reserved for the stainless steel variants and the stainless steel and 18 carat gold versions. With these models, the customer can choose between a blue leather bracelet or a matching precious metal band.
Innovative clockwork
The innovative Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibers 8900 and 8901 tick in the Omega Constellation Globemaster. The high-precision movements have been certified by the Swiss Chronometer Control. To do this, they had to pass a total of eight tests. The caliber of the Omega Constellation Globemaster is perfectly protected against harmful influences by scratch-resistant and curved sapphire crystal. A medallion adorns this glass. It was made from the same material as the middle part of the watch.
