Inside, like the Sister model the manufacture caliber B01 is used, again as a chronograph with date and with chronometer certification. The Breitling Navitimer in 46 mm has a 70-hour power reserve and the watch is also water-resistant up to 30 m (splash-proof).
The 46 mm case with anti-reflective sapphire glass on both sides also has a transparent case back, so you can see the B01 caliber in the Navitimer back. The dial of the 46 mm version from Breitling is available in black with hour index and, for the first time, in Aurora Blue, a shade of blue that is both super classy and sporty.
Also new with the 46 mm version of the Navitimer, the Breitling watch can be ordered for the first time in stainless steel with an 18 K red gold bezel. The straps available are the Navitimer Pilot strap in stainless steel with a folding clasp, calfskin strap or crocodile leather strap.
The selection of calf leather straps in the colors black, brown, green, blue or gold. The selection of crocodile leather straps in the colors burgundy, blue, brown, green, camel, gold or black.
Both leather strap variants are available with a pin buckle or folding clasp, so every customer can choose the best fitting variant.

The large case of the Breitling Navitimer B01 46 is made of different materials. With a case made of classic, cool steel, the pilot's watch is a convincing, high-quality on-board instrument. The combination of steel and red gold gives the Breitling Navitimer B01 46 an additional shine. Completely in red gold, the watch becomes a striking piece of jewelry. A case made entirely of black steel gives it a mysterious air. The bottom of the large case is also remarkable. The Breitling 01 caliber is clearly visible. This highly reliable and extremely accurate movement was developed entirely in the workshops of the traditional Swiss company Breitling. It is also assembled there without exception. That is why the movement of the Breitling Navitimer B01 46 is rightly called a manufacture caliber. The mechanical movement is set in motion and kept running by an automatic self-winding mechanism. This gives it a power reserve of at least 70 hours.
Eye-catching dials
The dials of the watch for professional and amateur pilots are impressive in two colors. In black and blue they give the watch a dark base tone. The instrument numbers, hands and indices as well as the subdials are clearly visible. The two, or more precisely three, subdials in the colors of the rest of the dial appear somewhat more reserved. White subdials on a black background, on the other hand, create clear contrasts. There is also a date window between four and five o'clock. On the model with a black steel case and two instead of three subdials, the date window is at six o'clock.
The bezel is easy to use with its grooved edge. It also serves as a slide rule.
Legendary pilot's watch indispensable
The new Breitling Navitimer collection for 2022 has of course also provided new products for the 46 mm diameter. The two 18-carat gold Navitimers are extravagant, luxurious and at the same time sporty, with their high-quality materials making them elegant and their design and size making them sporty on the wrist. The pilot's chronograph is available in four dial colors, two metal strap variants or two alligator leather straps. So you can choose between the cool and eye-catching stainless steel strap, the extravagant 18-carat gold metal strap or the elegant leather version in brown and black. This includes a version with a green dial and black totalizers. With the black alligator leather strap, the reference is AB0137241L1P1. A classic version with a black dial and silver totalizers, also on the same leather strap, with the reference AB0137211B1P1, should not be missing. You can get the Navitimer with a blue dial Ref. AB0137211C1A1, a black dial Ref. AB0137211B1A1 and a green dial Ref. AB0137241L1A1 on a stainless steel bracelet. The reference RB0137241G1P1 is available in 18 carat red gold, with black alligator leather, and a red gold bracelet Ref. RB0137241G1R1. Both red gold versions are only available with a silver dial and black totalizers.

Big changes cannot and should not be made to the popular and legendary Breitling Navitimer B01 chronograph. If you look closely at the dial, you will notice that the date window is now at 6 o'clock. As is typical for a pilot's watch, the AOAP wings are placed at 12 o'clock and the "Chronometer" lettering has been removed. The previously highly polished metal band has been given a visual change by matte finishing every second row of elements. The mechanical automatic manufacture caliber B01 provides the chronograph with a power reserve of 70 hours. As the name suggests, the Navitimer (Navigation Timer) is not suitable for water; it is only water-resistant to 3 bar.
