Impressive history
The Cartier Pasha de Cartier only entered the model series of the French luxury brand Cartier in 1985. From that point on, the Pasha was particularly well received by women wearers and quickly developed into a cult object. However, the origins of the extravagant watch go back to 1932. The first model of the watch icon was created and developed by Louis Cartier himself. The recipient was the then Sultan of Marrakesh. He didn't want to have to take off his watch during his daily bath. Louis Cartier solved the problem by protecting the crown of the watch.
To this day, this waterproof and screw-down crown protector represents the elegance and strength of the first variant of this model. The ingenious invention is attached to the case of the luxurious watch with a short chain. The crown of the chain is set with a sapphire or spinel cabochon in the color blue. At the customer's request, the watch manufacturer Cartier provides an individual engraving below the crown guard. Typical of a Cartier timepiece, the elegant three-hand watch presents one of its hands in a sword shape on its dial. The unique model from Cartier skilfully stands out from other model series with its exterior. At the same time, it proves that it belongs to the iconic collections of the watch manufacturer Cartier.
