  • Attention to every detail

The Vacheron Constantin Quai de l'Ile demonstrates attention to detail in every respect. It is not for nothing that Vacheron Constantin is the oldest watch manufacturer in the world and therefore one of the most successful. The manufacturer's headquarters have been on the Quai de l'Ile for around 100 years. This is the Rhône Island in Geneva. The Vacheron Constantin Quai de l'Ile owes its name to this island. The dials of the Vacheron Constantin Quai de l'Ile demonstrate great dedication. In silver, gray and slate they offer an aesthetic pleasure. The watchmakers dedicate themselves with particular passion to the blue dials. These have been a special calling card for years. Vacheron Constantin watches use a different, special shade of blue for each collection. The dial of the Vacheron Constantin Quai de l'Ile shines in a rich medium blue. Furthermore, the dials in the collection are equipped with “security printing”. This security printing makes the luxury watches counterfeit-proof.

  • Diversity in design

For a long time, the Vacheron Constantin Quai de l'Ile model series primarily consisted of watches with rose gold cases. In 2016, the Swiss watch workshop launched a model variant whose case was made of stainless steel. Its diameter is 41 millimeters. The dials of this special timepiece are silver or black opalized. The in-house caliber 5100, which was also only introduced in 2016, works in the case. It has an automatic winding mechanism and gives the Vacheron Constantin Quai de l'Ile a power reserve of 60 hours. The caliber moves three hands from the center. There is also a date display. This is made of a transparent disc made of mineral glass. The days are printed on it. The actual date disk of the Vacheron Constantin Quai de l'Ile movement sits under this disk. It shows the current date with an arrow.
