With the Breitling Superocean Heritage II 42, the Swiss company Breitling remains true to its tradition. The Superocean was first launched as a diving watch for professional divers in 1957. For its 60th anniversary, the Breitling Superocean Heritage II 42 has now received a few innovations. A standout change is the steel bezel. It was equipped with a rotating ring made of high-tech ceramic. This material is ultra-hard and scratch-resistant. The color of the ring matches the dial and seems connected to it. Breitling has dispensed with the metal ring around the minute position. The dial is adorned with the original Superocean logo.
