Rolex Yacht-Master

Rolex introduces the Rolex Yacht-Master in 18 carat Everose gold for the first time. The diameter is either 40 or 37 millimeters. A rotating bezel made of matt black ceramic is the special highlight of this watch. It impresses with a black dial and golden luminous hands, which ensure an extravagant look. The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master 40 mm 18 carat Everose gold has been assigned the reference 116655 by Rolex. A Cerachrom number disc with numbers in relief on the bezel ensures the robustness and underlines the shine of this luxury watch.

The Rolex Yacht-Master uses caliber 3135 for the 40 mm models and caliber 2236 for the 37 mm models. The two mechanical Rolex manufacture movements are equipped with an automatic self-winding mechanism and have been entirely developed and manufactured in-house by Rolex. The caliber 2236 features the Syloxi hairspring, which was only introduced in 2014. This is made of silicon and is resistant to high temperature fluctuations. The spiral works many times more precisely in the event of vibrations than conventional spirals. This luxury watch is an official COSC-certified Swiss chronometer.
Rolex uses a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a cyclops magnifier to enlarge the date. Flexible metal spring leaves covered with high-quality elastomer ensure a perfect fit on the wrist with the new Oysterflex band. The band is made of rubber and is therefore very durable and hygienic as it is washable. Rolex offers the Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master 18 carat Everose gold strap that is a sporty and durable alternative to the steel or leather strap.
